Popular villains of Bollywood

Prem Chopra
Chopra made his debut in 'Chaudhary Karnail Singh' (1962), a Punjabi film set in pre-partition times. His dialogue 'Prem naam hai mera, Prem Chopra' (My name is Prem, Prem Chopra) from 'Bobby' became popular.


Pran
One of the character artists who did most of the characters in Bollywood, It can be a friend in Zanjeer Movie, or can be a father in Amar Akbar Anthony, Don, Bobby etc; either it is an honest Police officer in kaaliya or negative role. He was full of confidence and delivered the best performance everywhere. With his bloodshot eyes, his cold voice and his trademark sneer, he brought villain center stage.

Jeevan

Famous as Narad Muni in Bollywood, actor Jeevan had also played villain in many films in the 60s, 70s and 80s. Some of the films which made him popular were Amar Akbar Anthony and Naseeb.





Amrish puri
Among his best-loved roles were those of the patriarch Babuji in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995; “Brave-Heart Will Take the Bride”) and Mogambo in Mr. India (1987). Western audiences knew him from his portrayal of the high priest Mola Ram in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984).
