This cop drama from director Kabeer Kaushik features Arshad Warsi as an IPS officer posted in Lucknow.
This movie was about Railway contract and a rising Mafia in Uttar Pradesh with a support a of a politician. It also shows how Mafia started using newly launched Cellphone Technology for there Work.

One of the best performance by Arshad Warsi and the film is one of the better police depiction in recent movies.
